Bar and restaurant project
APM Design worked closely with the Client to lovingly restore the local landmark ‘Southport Grand’ building, which was originally a cinema and packed with historic features. The ground floor is now ‘Chloe’s Piano Bar and Brasserie’ whilst the first floor is the ‘Princess Grace Suite’.
APM continue to work with the Client in restoring the rest of the ‘Grand’ building with two roof top bars and a hotel to follow in the coming months.
The Grand was recognised with two highly commended awards at the Sefton Design Awards 2023 for Heritage Scheme and Conversion Project categories.
