Hotel Refurbishment project
Winner of the 2021 Mixology North Hotel of Project of the Year.
APM Design were employed as Interior Designer, Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator for the +£million hotel refurbishment project. The prestigious four star rated Clifton Arms Hotel dates back over 300 years and APM ensured that the design enhanced and made statements of the various historic features.
The Hotel continues to enhance its reputation and has won numerous hotel and tourism awards since the completion of the renovation works. APM Design continue to work closely with the Hotel to refurbish the 48 guest bedrooms and function suites which will be phased over the next five years.
