Scholars Restaurant

APM Design were commissioned as hospitality sector designspecialists by Scholars restaurant who were looking to refurbish their tired restaurant and bring it in line with their industry leading reputation forexceptional service and food. Scholars restaurant is ran by catering students and yet has earnt its reputation as one of the best restaurants in town.

The design brief was to elevate the decor and ensure that itmatched the exceptional fine dining food and service. APM were also tasked with designing the adjacent 'Food for Thought' college canteen area with the briefof creating a design flow whilst ensuring that it was suitable for a heavy traffic student canteen.

APM remained on hand throughout the construction phase tooversee build quality and to make sure that the design vision was being delivered. APM also provided procurement and coordination services for a number of specialist Client direct orders.

The BBC and local Michelin star chefs were both present atthe opening of Scholars restaurant which has further enhanced its exceptional reputation.
